Ice Wars
This morning’s 8 mile run was probably not the smartest move on my part. It was crazy icy. Snow covered ice. Choppy ice. Smooth ice. Black ice. I encountered it all this morning. With my IceSpikes securely fastened to my shoes I feel more confident on wintry roads and only had one slight bobble. I did however stay upright, thank goodness. Love this product! When I got back I stated that my cheeks … Read entire article »

Today, was another morning to test my will, but this morning was different. I felt so comfortable and it was only 14 degrees! I started out with my iPhone playlist and somewhere in mile 2 it hit a Coaching compilation that I had … Read entire article »
