Why I Love The Out and Back Route
The other day I was having a conversation with one of the sales reps that I work with who is also a runner. Obviously the first subject of any conversation we have starts with, “how goes the running”? He recently moved into a new territory and relocated his family into their new house. Nemesis Course
This Sunday I am running the New Bedford Half Marathon for the 4th time. It’s a challenging course with a large hill between miles 2-3, wind issues and temperature drop around the beaches between miles 7-10 and then a very long steady climb right through the last few miles.
