Why I Love The Out and Back Route

The other day I was having a conversation with one of the sales reps that I work with who is also a runner.  Obviously the first subject of any conversation we have starts with, “how goes the running”?  He recently moved into a new territory and relocated his family into their new house.  I asked if it was a good running area and without hesitation he said no.  The only way to get any real distance will have to be an out and back route which he hates.  I actually love the out and back running route.  It was even a subject on my very first post back in February 2010, Going and Coming.
